- Many Pennsylvania colleges and universities participate in the program. The program allows students to see which specific courses and degree programs transfer seamlessly among each of the participating institutions.

Starting at a PA community college is a great way to earn credits, at an economical cost, and work towards a degree. With the reverse transfer agreement, a student at any PA community college can transfer to 91Ó°ÊÓ U and potentially finish their associate's degree, while starting on their bachelor's degree. By completing both your associate and bachelor degrees at 91Ó°ÊÓ U, you can increase your career opportunities and earning potential.
The transfer scholarship agreement between 91Ó°ÊÓ of Pennsylvania (Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield) and Luzerne County Community College will span a term of five years, from 2025 through 2030.
