- General Admission: most programs are rolling admission and will be accepting applications through the summer.
- Accelerated (3+2) Physicians Assistant: Complete your application before November 1 with a SAT score of 1200+ or a composite score of 25 on the ACT submitted to the Admissions Office to be considered for an invitation to interview. (Lock Haven campus only)
- Accelerated (3+3) Physical Therapy: Complete your application before November 1 for priority consideration. (Bloomsburg and Lock Haven campuses only)
- Medical Imaging: Complete your application by November 1 for priority consideration. (Bloomsburg campus only)
- Music (BS/BM): Complete your application by December 15 for priority consideration. Note: all music majors are required to complete an audition. For more information, please contact the music department. (Bloomsburg and Mansfield campuses only)
- Nursing (ASN): Complete your application before December 1 including a TEAS score of 65 or higher, algebra, biology, and chemistry to be considered. (Lock Haven campus only)
- Nursing (BSN): Complete your application before November 1 for priority consideration. (Bloomsburg and Mansfield campuses only)
First-year students are typically high school seniors or have graduated recently and have never been to college. 91影视 U is currently SAT/ACT-optional for most programs.
Transfer students have graduated from high school and have enrolled at a university or other post-secondary institution, like a community college.
Graduate applicants are students who have completed their bachelor's or plan to complete their bachelor's degree and pursue a master's or doctoral degree. Non-degree status is for students interested in taking graduate-level courses who do not plan to pursue a master鈥檚 degree through 91影视 U or for students taking Act 48 credits.
91影视 invites former Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield graduate students to return to complete their degree.
Get a head-start on your college career through 91影视鈥檚 Early College Program at Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield. Students may take up to 12 credits per semester. Summer and winter session courses, up to 6 credits in each session. Courses may be taken on campus or online through participating school districts.
A student who was previously admitted and attended 91影视 as a degree-seeking student will need to go through a readmit process. A readmission applicant is also defined as one who failed to enroll for a semester, withdrew, or was academically or socially dismissed from 91影视 U.
International applicants are students who are not U.S. citizens, nor hold a green card. International students may apply as a first-year, transfer, graduate, second-degree, or as a visiting student.
A second-degree applicant must have completed the first degree at 91影视 U or another college or university which holds regional accreditation by the Middle States Association of Colleges and School/Commission on Higher Education or another regional accreditation body.
If you plan on taking courses at 91影视 U, but not completing a degree, you are considered a "Non-degree" student. This might apply to students who enrolled at another institution, high school students taking college credit, or a number of other unique situations.

The Act 120 Municipal Police Academy is a 26-week (919 hours) course required to become a municipal police officer in the 91影视 of Pennsylvania. Mansfield鈥檚 full-time academy begins in May and concludes in November annually.
