- To help you see how your credits might transfer, we offer a simple online tool called the . Whether you're a first-year student, a transfer student, or already enrolled at 91Ó°ÊÓ, TESS shows you how your previous credits could count toward your degree.
- Many Pennsylvania colleges and universities participate in the program. The program allows students to see which specific courses and degree programs transfer seamlessly among each of the participating institutions.

As a potential transfer student, we understand you want to get a head start on your bachelor's degree. Starting at a PA community college is a great way to earn credits, at an economical cost, and work towards a degree. With the reverse transfer agreement, a student at any PA community college can transfer to 91Ó°ÊÓ U and potentially finish their associate's degree, while starting on their bachelor's degree. By completing both your associate and bachelor degrees at 91Ó°ÊÓ U, you can increase your career opportunities and earning potential.
The transfer scholarship agreement between 91Ó°ÊÓ of Pennsylvania (Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield) and Harrisburg Area Community College will span a term of five years, from 2025 through October 2030.
